Ceilidh

One of the many things I enjoy is attending English ceilidhs (sometimes also known as eCeilidhs). They are fun, energetic and informal dances with a strong social element. It doesn't matter how much experience you have because all the dance steps are called, and there's almost always someone around to help if you get stuck.

There are many different dances around and I've collected a few of my favourites here, to provide a resource for callers and dancers alike. You can browse the dances in one long list, look at dances by set type, search for something in particular, or even find dances that fit a particular tune (or type of tune).
